New Year, New Kitchen! The homeowners of this 1960s modest rambler style home were ready for a refresh and looking for a more open floor plan. In the galley style kitchen the peninsula, all cabinetry, countertops, and flooring were removed. The wide stone chimney was narrowed to allow for a breakfast bar. The home was given a modern look by scraping away the popcorn ceiling and adding a knockdown finish. The cabinets were replaced with custom built cabinetry, heated luxury flooring was installed along with Cambria quartz countertops.
