Tom Wiener
While growing up on the East Side of St. Paul, Tom’s father worked and sold homes for Cardinal Homebuilders. Tom grew up in the business and has had his real estate license for more than 40 years. As President of the Cardinal family of companies, he knows that it is important to stay involved in all aspects of the process. He is consistent and has a “hands-on” philosophy. Cardinal has built over 500 homes in the East Metro area and is still going strong.
Tony Wiener
Tony graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud University in 2003. He always knew he wanted to be involved with the family business as it has always been a large part of his life. He started off sweeping out our new construction homes very young, began framing when he was 15, and has worked in the office since graduating High School. Tony will help guide you throughout the entire building experience.
