Tom Wiener Sr. Tom Wiener Jr. Tony Wiener
In the 1960's Tom Wiener Sr., already an experienced Realtor, bought Cardinal Realty. As a teen Tom Jr. garnered some experience with a construction company. He obtained his real estate license at 18 years old. In 1978, Tom Jr. completed his business degree from the University of Minnesota and now serves as the President of the Cardinal Family of Companies. That commitment to family involvement continues today with sister Deanna serving as a broker and Realtor, wife June working as a Realtor, and son Tony specializing in the new construction market under Cardinal Homebuilders.
We use the same subcontractors consistently; roofers, electricians, carpenters, installers, etc. so we are sure of their skills. People who take pride in their work are building your home.
